Laminar flow elements FCO96

The laminar flow elements of the FCO96 series are a family of primary flow devices for volumetric gas flow measurements from 0.1ml/min to 40000 liters/min.

The FCO96 series generates a low differential pressure, offering little resistance to flow. The standard value is 100 Pascals for the total flow rate.

These elements are truly excellent for precise, low flow measurements.
